Its not often that any pain follows me around and into the nighttime enough to take a pain killer before bed. But occasionally I am that unfortunate for one reason or another. Since Tylenol PM came out years ago I have found it to be its usual effective pain killer, along with a very fast acting sleep aid included as well. I really don't know much about the ingredients in the various over the counter sleep aids available. I only know that for some reason a couple are far better at doing what they're supposed to do than others. Tylenol PM has always been one of the best acting and effective for me, but its cost didn't favor its use all that much until the store brands started to appear. This brand of acetaminophen and sleep aid from Amazon is the very cheapest way to get a Tylenol PM equivalent that I have ever come across. I can't even come close to a 300 caplet count here locally under any brand for this price. It contains the exact same ingredients and strength at the much more expensive Tylenol brand. This product is not something one should be taking every evening just for the sleep aid. Taking acetaminophen for no reason regularly is not a good idea. But if you have any kind of chromic pain that interrupts your sleep, or are presently taking some other form of this product regularly already, I would suggest you buy it in bulk here on Amazon and take advantage of the free shipping. When you get it sent to you free, you are not only getting the best deal on this medicine combo, but with no sales tax its like your local drug store delivering it to you for free at the best price available.
