As a migraine sufferer, I am always on the look out for something to 'take the edge off' until I can get home and take my prescription medication. Goody's Cool Orange Extra Strength powders work FAST because they are in powder form. The three primary components of the extra strength version include acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine. These knock out a headache and dull a migraine better than any other over the counter meds i've tried. I definitely recommend this product. Since it is in a powder, you do 'taste' the product more which is not fantastic. I prefer the Cool Orange flavor over the regular 'non flavored' powders... that little bit of flavor makes a difference. Although this product can be taken 'as is' without anything to drink, I STRONGLY recommend drinking something with this as it makes it go down faster and also allows you to 'rinse' the taste from your mouth.
