I use this sleep aid for my log hal international flights that are over 13 hours long at times. I usually take 2 pills after about an hour after take off and with in 30-45 mins I am out like a light until about an hour before we land with little or no groggy feeling. I defiantly do not recommend any more then 2 tabs in 24 hour period. The box says take 1 tab but depending on your size and weight you can probably take it up just 1 more tab and still not be that groggy when you get up.
