This product with aspartame and "flavor enhancer" i.e. glutamate is what triggered excitotoxicity and mental health problems for me. It has been proven that there is a vulnerable population (a population that is genetically predisposed to depression) who are heavily affected by products such as this when combined with environmental stress. The FDA should be ashamed for not protecting these people. If you are one of these people...DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
Other than that, it does what it says it does.
