MSM is an excellent and necessary supplement but the problem here is not the MSM but Jarrow. They almost always screw up their products and consequently their customers by adding that extra ingredient, unnecessary filler, or allergen. My advice is stay away from this manufacturer, there are so many choices anyway, or if you are taking their products and feeling strange switch to a different brand.
