I typically use ThermaCare heat wraps to for sore muscles and I find them to be pretty good -- the wrap heats up nicely and stays at just the right temperature for six to eight hours. I saw the Precise Heat Patch in the store this evening and thought I'd give it a try. After all, it's from the same makers of Tylenol so it must be good, right? Wrong! What a waste of money. The patch barely warms up at all. If you place your hand over a sore muscle, you'll get more warmth from your hand then you'll get from this patch. After 30 minutes, it's still only about room temperature.
