When i was a kid, i would cry myself to sleep because Advil, Aspirin, Tylenol, etc would not work. I would even sometimes throw up from the pain. I found out that my headaches came from certain foods (usually of the processed meat variety: hot dogs, lunch meat, etc) and caffeine withdrawal. I loved Mtn Dew, but if i didn't have it for a day or two i would get these crazy headaches. Now its like when Excedrin touches my lips, i can already feel my headache going away. THATS HOW GOOD IT WORKS!!! It works so good that it has trained my brain in an almost Pavlovian manner to make the headache go away before my body even digests it. OH and do not take it if you have been drinking as a hangover preventer... you are just asking for blood in your stool. Doing so can really mess up your liver just as taking Tylenol because of the acetaminophen in it.
