I get frequent migraines and this stuff helps so much. I still take a pain reliever but then I apply the head on all over my neck, and forehead, even my temple areas. Anywhere the pain is. It takes a couple of minutes but then you start to feel the cooling sensation. It is almost like you are given a different sensation to focus on other than your pain. It really does help me a lot. I keep a tube in my bedroom, in the kitchen, in the bathroom, in my purse... I am sure to have some on hand all of the time. It is great! The migraine is better than the regular because it is stronger. The regular doesn't do much for me.
