This is a great product; when I feel one of my bad headaches coming on and know that my prescription will not touch it, Bufferin Extra Strength to the rescue; it also dampens bad arthritis pain. I keep several bottles around: two in the house, one in my vehicle, and one at work. Sometimes people at work need something a little stronger for a headache or cramps, and my husband takes it for headaches. You CANNOT beat Amamzon's price for two anywhere; if you are a Prime member like I am, you don't have to pay shipping.One more thing: I had two in my pocket four years ago when I realized I was having a mild stroke; God had reminded me that I had them when he put my thoughts back together after I prayed. I took one of them and was taken to the hospital by a friend; I told my doctors that I had taken it, and they both said it was what saved me. I'm fine now, only with mild numbnes in my fingers and toes. So, that's another reason to have them around.
